I’m Odisho Yaghob, founder of ODMT, a Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Manual Osteopath with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Level 1 Fascial Stretch Therapy.
My approach is rehab focused and goal oriented, helping you manage pain, move more comfortably, and get back to what you enjoy. Treatments are tailored to your needs and may incorporate deep tissue massage, cupping, muscle scraping, joint mobilizations, and fascial stretch therapy.
As a soccer player and weightlifter, I enjoy helping active people recover and improve their movement—but you don’t need to be an athlete to work with me. Whether you’re returning to sport or managing everyday discomfort, your goals guide your care.
